EVS Tech respects your privacy and processes personal data transparently, securely and in accordance with Brazilian data protection law, including the LGPD.

When you use Contact Us, Talk to a Specialist or Join Us, we may process your name, company, role, phone, email, message and résumé to answer requests, prepare proposals, conduct recruitment, comply with duties and protect rights.
3. EVS Nexus
EVS Nexus organizes our solution cells and may include digital assistants, restricted areas, project briefings, files and technical requests. We process only the data required to understand a challenge, recommend solutions, deliver projects, provide support and maintain security.
4. EVS Apps
EVS Apps may process registration, authentication, access profiles, operational records and information required by each application. Specific purposes and rules will be presented inside the applicable app whenever needed.
5. Technical data and security
Technical data required to deliver and protect services may be recorded, including IP address, browser, device, date, time, pages visited and security events, depending on provider settings.
6. Legal bases
Processing may rely on contract performance or preliminary procedures, legal obligations, exercise of rights, legitimate interests or consent, depending on the purpose and context.

We may share data with essential hosting, security, communication and email providers, limited to what is necessary. Some providers may process data outside Brazil; in such cases, we adopt measures compatible with the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.
